I am not upgrading anymore as I am happy with an old version of iOS.

Hi Neel,

Did you check your current iPhone’s eligibility for a trade-in with the upgrade program? Use this Apple’s tool to determine if your current iPhone model and specs are allowed.

It’s possible that your model iPhone is not on the list of trade-in devices for this program.
