It will only remove from the new album and not from the Recents roll. There surely is a method that won’t take a month to do manually one at a time. Need help.

Kept iOS and Mac OS right up to date. Not changed any setting.

Once upon a time just a few months ago you took a photo on pad or phone and it appeared on the other device and Mac under photostream.

Don’t use or want to use iCloud for any of my data ever so am I going to have to manually transfer using a usb cable from now on?

I don’t want to buy or use another app to do this either. Are we in 21st century or did Apple send us back to late 20th?

Help? I’m p***ed off and pretty unhelpfully ungeeky too.

Unfortunately, iOS 13 and iPadOS do not separate photos taken with your iDevice’s camera from others.

Glad to help!

Open the Photos app and at the bottom, choose the Albums tab. Scroll down to the section Media Types and choose Videos. That will show you all the videos that are saved in the Photos app–but not any videos purchased, rented, or downloaded with the AppleTV app or third-party apps like Netflix.

I think I am going to have to find a way to migrate away from Apple for my photos. Cameral Roll is gone…I don’t care what Apple says. It is confusing and irritating with each new IOS. I could not agree more! Apple hosed us with ios13, which I installed months ago and regretted it ever since.

Now, these photos bs just decide overnight to update on its own months later?

It wasn’t like this yesterday!

NEVER will I install another iOS update. NEVER!

It can sit and rot just like the Outlook update that supposedly fixes the prior fiasco of an update they had.

Why can’t Apple listen once in a while? And what makes you think you know what is good for everybody? Thank god I only have to use this pos for work, my personal phone is a galaxy.
