Hi Omar,

Sorry to hear about your mother’s issue with her iPhone and Apple ID. If you are unable to delete the old information (Apple ID) from your mother’s new iPhone X, it’s best to contact Apple Support in your country and provide them the receipt and proof of purchase for that iPhone X that proves ownership of that serial number associated with the hardware. Then explain that your mother does not have access to the password or any of the Apple ID information (email etc). Hopefully, they will understand and help you and your mother out since you have proof of purchase.

before five years my mother gave her iphone to unknown guy to put his apple id on her phone so she can install apps on her iphone ,, however she had a problem after disappearing this unknown guy and her iphone kept asking for a password that she doesn’t know, so the mistake I did is
I just bought to my mother a new IPHONE X and tried to restore her old iphone to the new one through my mac book … please I dont wan’t my mother to keep suffering from this issue again please help.
